Orders & Services
All products are made-on-order unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel orders at our discretion. Prepaid orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

Pricing & Transactions
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We may update, withdraw, or discontinue services or products at any time.

Delivery & Timelines
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to production, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and materials are the property of Kasmai / SCNA and may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, or used commercially without written permission.

User Conduct
Users must not misuse the website, engage in unlawful activity, transmit harmful content, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt services.

Limitation of Liability
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from website use, service interruption, or product interpretation.

Account & Access
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms is suspected.

Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all products sold under Kasmai, a brand owned, made, and marketed by SCNA, across offline retail, distributorship, and e-commerce channels worldwide.

Made-on-Order Purchases (Direct Customers)
As most garments are made-to-order, returns are not accepted for change of mind, style preference, or incorrect self-measurements. We offer support for size adjustments or alterations where feasible.
Returns are accepted only in case of a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with images and order details.

Size & Fit Disclaimer

Kasmai garments are designed with carefully developed fits and are produced either made-to-order or in limited batches. Customers are advised to refer to the provided size chart and measurement guidelines before placing an order. Our team may assist with size selection upon request.

As each garment is individually crafted, a standard manufacturing tolerance of ± 1/2 inch (1.27 cm) is considered normal and part of the production process. Minor variations in fit, finish, or color may occur due to fabric characteristics and handcrafted detailing, and do not constitute defects.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these variations as inherent to premium, small-batch production.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized, altered, or special-order garments cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once a claim is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, or a replacement will be arranged. Shipping, duties, and taxes (for international orders) are non-refundable.

Retail & Distributorship Supply (B2B)
All sales to retailers, distributors, and stores are firm sales only.
We do not operate on SOR (Sale or Return) basis.
Goods once invoiced and dispatched are non-returnable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects reported within 3 days of receipt.

Damages in Transit
Any transit damage or shortage must be reported immediately upon receipt with supporting documentation from the carrier.

Kasmai reserves the right to evaluate all claims and make the final decision in line with this policy.
